Flying
Flying is fun.
Fly for the sheer joy of flying. The Instructional
Staff here at AviationWise are pilots with Certificates
ranging from Private Pilot Airplane to FAA-Designated
Examiner; from Single-Engine Land to Multi-engine Instrument.
We fly gliders, helicopters, aerobatic aircraft, and
homebuilts. The one thing we have in common is the
love of flying. Not only can flying be a rewarding
career, it is also one of the most satisfying and rewarding
of hobbies.
Flying is profitable. Flight schools and Universities
have Aviation programs for the career minded. The advantages
of a career as an Airline Captain are obvious, but
there are may other careers to consider:
- Airlines
- Corporate Pilot
- Agriculture
- Traffic
- Aerial Advertising
Time is money
Flying saves time. General Aviation aircraft can go
just about anywhere, do just about anything, and do
it faster. Ranchers check herds with them; deliver
hay with them; get groceries in town with them; even "ride
fence"
with them. Nowadays a cowboy is as likely to ride a
plane or helicopter as a horse. Oil Companies check
pipelines with them. Many sales people with wide territories
to cover routinely use their aircraft to make sales.
Employees use Company aircraft to reach outlying Company
facilities. Imagine your value to your company if you
were able to pilot that aircraft.
Live your Dreams
Throughout the ages, man has dreamt of flying. There
are thousands of people, just like you, learning to

of reasons for wanting to be a pilot. Start your classes
